AmaZing job! Advice for the owners: the job was really well done - thank you. When I arrived to pick up the car however, being met with “you didn’t tell us you had a dog and we should be charging you $50 more” is not acceptable to a customer. I’d recommend you check the cars during drop off with the owners and ask questions like “do you have a pet” during booking. While I actually did tell the guy I had a dog, and we talked about his dogs and how funny it is to people that he details cars but let’s his own dogs into his car, it’s not the customers responsibility to figure out for you how to charge or to establish a scope of work. Ask the important questions you need to ask in advance and check out the cars before you start cleaning. That would give you two opportunities to notice that a particular job may be smaller or larger than anticipated. Thanks again for your work on my car and I hope you consider this feedback!
